About Brian
Brian is an associate in our corporate and commercial team. Prior to joining Beauchamps, Brian trained as a solicitor with KMPG and Brian also worked as a Legal Counsel for a large multinational technology company. Brian's experience includes advising clients on corporate governance matters, shareholders' agreements, corporate restructuring, commercial contracts and private equity transactions. Brian has also worked on projects with the Beauchamps energy team.
Brian is also a key member of the Beauchamps team that advises Enterprise Ireland on a daily basis with respect to Enterprise Ireland's strategic investments in small and medium-sized enterprises.

An Irish-owned data center company in relation to the negotiation of various commercial agreements with its suppliers.
An Irish handbag manufacturer on a funding round and a corporate reorganisation.
Bord na Móna on a joint venture in relation to the development of an offshore windfarm in partnership with Ocean Winds.
A solar energy company on an equity fundraise, a corporate reorganisation and the negotiation of various commercial agreements.
The Western Development Commission in relation to an investment round in an AI company based in the west of Ireland.
