We also advise on compliance with data protection legislation including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as privacy related issues.
On the IP side, we advise on everything from the management of IP portfolios, handling trade mark filings and prosecutions to IP enforcement and developing brand protection strategies. We have particular expertise working with clients to protect and maximise their brands through registrations, assignments, licensing, franchising and sponsorships as well as advising on how to effectively defend and enforce their brands.
