The 2016 Summit brings together investors, lenders, developers, advisors and agents alike to discuss the challenges (and opportunities) facing the commercial real estate sector.
Tony O'Sullivan, partner, will also address the Summit and explore a number of key pieces of legislation relating to the commercial real estate market and briefly examine some recent changes brought by our lawmakers with the aim of ensuring the bubble does not happen again.
About the Summit
There is a growing concern that the market is overheating, particularly in Dublin. This one-day summit, attended by all the key stakeholders, will address this concern, as well as explore the current economic outlook, latest occupier trends and growth opportunities for the CRE sector in Ireland. It will provide a window into what the future holds for the market.
The Summit will debate such issues as:
- How will political and economic shifts, the Brexit debate and even China’s slowdown affect commercial property?
- What is the future for investment flows?
- Is the market meeting demand or heading for a bubble?
- How to deliver a more sustainable and resilient CRE finance sector
- The rise of the international investor: What does it mean for the property sector?
- The vision for Dublin over the next few years: The new Dublin Development Plan 2016-2022
- How is real estate adapting to demographic trends and what do the world's fastest-growing companies want from their workspaces?
