Beauchamps' Corporate team were delighted to provide legal advice to CRS, a market leader in the provision of modular temperature-controlled storage solutions to the food and pharmaceutical sectors, on the investment by Renatus Capital Partners into CRS Mobile Cold Storage.
Founded in 1992, CRS provides solutions to blue-chip clients across Ireland, the UK and Europe and this investment, which is the fourth for Renatus, will support CRS' business growth plans. Renatus will provide financial and strategic support to help accelerate their UK and European growth ambitions.
Renatus Capital Partners is an Irish Private Equity firm and this investment is the first from its new €35 million fund.
