Beauchamps' Commercial Property team were delighted to advise KC Capital Property Group, a real estate developer, on their acquisition of The Greenside Building, in the heart of Dublin's City Centre.
Following this acquisition, KC Capital also secured planning permission for a modern 37,000 sq ft "pandemic proofed" office development scheme, which is due to be completed and leased out in Q1 of 2022.
This modern, energy efficient building, located in the heart of Dublin City Centre, will include: touch-free access control devices, automated opening doors, anti-bacterial surfaces, an upgraded air-quality filtration systems, integrated smartphone technology for lift functionality, touch-free security turnstiles, occupancy sensors to offices and changing rooms, touch-free operation of sanitary fittings and temperature-check sensors in the reception lobby. It will also meet the latest environmental, nZEB (nearly zero energy building), sustainability and digital connectivity standards.
