Dublin 11 October 2024: Beauchamps is pleased to announce the appointment of two new partners to our team: Fiona Egan, joins as a partner in Projects, Infrastructure and Energy and Yvonne O'Byrne, as a partner in our Corporate team. These appointments bring a new dynamic to the firm and bolster our capability to offer first-class advice in construction and corporate M&A.
Fiona joins us from Arthur Cox and has a wealth of experience in construction and projects, specialising in both contentious and non-contentious cases across energy and renewables, infrastructure, large scale commercial and residential schemes, manufacturing and logistics. Fiona has a proven track record in advising clients in the public and private sectors, including developers, local authorities, utilities, contractors, sub-contractors, lending institutions and investment funds.
Yvonne is a corporate partner specialising in M&A and financial services regulation. Yvonne also has extensive experience in governance, compliance, risk management and privacy, having worked at Clyde & Co. after a period in-house. Yvonne's expertise will complement our expanding and highly regarded corporate and M&A practices.
