Beauchamps are delighted to have hosted Shane O'Neill, a recent graduate of the Career Local Employment Action Partnership (LEAP) programme, for a 4 week work experience period.
One of Beauchamps proud accomplishments is our support of the Career LEAP programme, which was developed in collaboration with Trinity College Dublin and community groups Swan Youth Service and East Wall Youth to assist young people from marginalized backgrounds. Through this initiative, Beauchamps provide mentorship and support to young adults from Dublin's North-East inner city and as a result, we have welcomed many valued staff members to our firm.
We wish Shane the very best and continued success in his future career.
ABOUT CAREER LEAP (LOCAL EMPLOYMENT ACTION PARTNERSHIP)
A pioneering youth work-readiness programme developed by TCD for young adults in Dublin's north inner city. It helps build personal, social, emotional, and cognitive skills to develop career identity and work-readiness. Participants complete a tailor-made four-week personal and work readiness blended training programme. They then complete a period of work placement where they receive one to one mentor support from one of Career Leap's business partners. Afterwards, follow up support is provided to help the young adults pursue their career journey.
