Beauchamps’ Corporate, Commercial & M&A Team were delighted to act as the sole legal advisor to SoftCo, a 34-year old successful software firm on its sale to Keensight Capital, a European growth private equity firm.
Keensight Capital, a European growth buyout firm, has acquired SoftCo, the Dublin-headquartered finance automation software company, with a customer base of over two million. Established in 1990, SoftCo is one of Ireland’s most successful international software companies with global blue-chip customers and operations in the US, Finland, the UK and Ireland.
