Beauchamps' Corporate M&A team was delighted to advise VetPartners on its acquisitions of three of Ireland's best known veterinary practices: Riverview Veterinary Group in Cork, Avondale Veterinary Hospital in Wicklow, and All Creatures Veterinary Group in Monaghan. This doubles the number of VetPartners’ practices in Ireland from three to six and creates a strong foundation for the group in the country.
