Beauchamps are delighted to have co-sponsored with A&L Goodbody, Kelly Caffrey (pictured centre) in her post-graduate studies. Kelly successfully completed her Masters in Criminology in UCD and will graduate in October 2023.
One of our most proud accomplishments is our support of the Career Local Employment Action Partnership (LEAP) program, which was developed in collaboration with Trinity College Dublin (TCD) and community groups Swan Youth Service and East Wall Youth to assist young people from marginalized backgrounds. Through this programme, we provide mentorship and support to young adults from Dublin 's north inner city and as a result, we have welcomed many bright and valued staff members to the firm.
Congratulations to Kelly and Beauchamps wish her every success in her career.
ABOUT CAREER LEAP (LOCAL EMPLOYMENT ACTION PARTNERSHIP)
A pioneering youth work-readiness programme developed by TCD for young adults in Dublin's north inner city. It helps build personal, social, emotional, and cognitive skills to develop career identity and work-readiness. Participants complete a tailor-made four-week personal and work readiness blended training programme. They then complete a period of work placement where they receive one to one mentor support from one of Career Leap's business partners. Afterwards, follow up support is provided to help the young adults pursue their career journey.
