Beauchamps' Corporate M&A team were delighted to advise Grafton Group plc on its acquisition of building materials firm Sitetech Building Products (Sitetech).
Irish headquartered Grafton Group plc is one of the UK and Ireland’s largest manufacturer and retailer of building supplies and is traded on the London stock exchange.
