Beauchamps' Corporate M&A team were delighted to advise long standing client, Ergo, on its recent €25 million acquisition of Limerick based data management solution provider, Asystec.
This acquisition is subject to CCPC approval and will mark Ergo's first acquisition in over 5 years.
Ergo is one of Ireland's largest IT services companies, offering a wide range of enterprise services focused on driving productivity and profitability.
