About Kyle
Kyle is of counsel in our corporate & commercial team and he advises on a wide range of matters relating to companies (whether start-up or established), including shareholders agreements, venture capital investments, corporate restructuring projects, the sale and purchase of private companies and general corporate governance processes.
Since 2016, Kyle has been a continual core member of the corporate team at Beauchamps advising Enterprise Ireland on its strategic investments. He has advised Enterprise Ireland on hundreds of separate matters including:
investments, whether by Enterprise Ireland alone or along with co-investors as part of a larger funding round;
restructurings, redemptions, share exchanges, funding rounds, conversions and other general company law matters involving Enterprise Ireland's portfolio companies;
share sales, asset sales and IPOs of Enterprise Ireland's portfolio companies,
which work gives Kyle a deep understanding of Enterprise Ireland's policies and processes and the market in which Enterprise Ireland makes its investments.
Kyle also works with many start-up and early stage companies across a variety of sectors on their fundraisings, dealing with all aspects of investment transactions including, negotiating the investment agreements and related transaction documents as well as advising on corporate governance processes.
Kyle is also experienced in drafting and negotiating a whole range of commercial contracts for our corporate clients.
