Beauchamps was delighted to host a special breakfast event on the governance challenges facing the charities & not for profit sector, in association with the Corporate Governance Association of Ireland (CGAI).
The event was designed in response to events in 2016 in the charities and not for profit sector in Ireland which highlighted the need for boards and senior management to review their rules, policies and practices and to understand their individual duties and responsibilities. The panel event focused on these issues and participants - which included a wide cross section of senior people from the sector - had the opportunity to pose questions to the panel of speakers, which included:
