The new partners Fiona O’Neill (Construction), Colm O’Keeffe (Commercial Property), Fidelma McManus (Commercial Property) and Gavin Blake (Energy& Natural Resources) signal BEAUCHAMPS plans for continued strategic growth and reflect increased market activity in the construction, property and energy sectors in Ireland.
These appointments follow the addition of four new partners (in Corporate, Commercial Property, Banking and Litigation) and the addition of food, agri-business and life sciences expert Maree Gallagher as Of Counsel, in 2015.

Fiona O’Neil
Fiona is a partner in the Construction & Procurement team in Beauchamps. Fiona has a mix of public and private sector commercial legal experience both domestically and internationally. Fiona advises on all aspects of construction and development projects including drafting and negotiating construction and engineering contracts, development agreements, professional team appointments, and supporting commercial agreements and advising on contract administration, arbitration and dispute resolution in complex construction contracts.
Gavin Blake
Gavin is a partner in the Energy & Natural Resources group. Gavin has significant specialist experience in the energy sector and works with developers, funders and investors on a wide range of energy projects - in particular wind farm and solar PV developments.
Fidelma McManus
Fidelma is a partner in the Commercial Property department and practises in all aspects of property. She advises in relation to the acquisition, structuring, financing, disposal and leasing of various types of property developments, including mixed commercial and residential developments, shopping centres, retail parks and office developments. She also has experience in banking, project finance, and property due diligence.
Colm O’Keeffe
Colm is a partner in the Commercial Property department. Colm advises receivers, banks and other service providers in relation to the management and disposal of large property portfolios and Colm’s team is the market leader in this area. Colm also has extensive commercial property experience and advises on the acquisition, development, sale and leasing of commercial, retail and industrial property including hotels, shopping centre units, retail parks and office developments. Colm also advises on landlord and tenant law issues and in the negotiation of commercial leases. Colm has also acted for developers and construction professionals in large construction projects.
